252 BASICS focuses on three central truths based out of the verse Luke 2:52, which says "And Jesus grew in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men. " The truths we take from this verse are 1. I need to make the wise choice 2. I can trust God no matter what 3. I should treat others the way I want to be treated. It's is the desire of Openwater Church that by the time our children reach 5th grade they have embraced these central truths and that they will stay with them into the next step of life. WHO CAN ATTEND 252 BASICS

Children ages 3yr.-5th grade

EARN OWC DOLLARS

Your kids can earn their very own "OWC Dollars" that can be used every quarter to purchase fun things at our OWC store during 252 BASICS. They can earn dollars by bringing their Bibles, learning memory verses, and being helpful during their Sunday morning programs and 252 BASICS. Parents you can earn OWC Dollars by becoming a volunteer in our children's ministry as well. Your kids will earn 5 OWC Dollars each time you volunteer in 252 BASICS or on Sunday morning. OWC Dollars are a great way to get parents and children working together to learn God's word.
